Beyond the Holacracy Hype

Anarquistes strong belive that citizens can be organized by themselves and do not need Governments. This ancient believe it’s now taking his place also in traditional business that are testing new was of self-managed teams as holacracy.  This form of self-management confers decision power on fluid teams, or “circles,” and roles rather than individuals.

Harvard Business Review explore different american companies that has implemented this system as Zappos or Medium.  It explains how this system allows better reliability and adaptability of the company and their employees and in consequence improve productivity.

Their challanges in embracing the approach: ambiguity, cordinate at scale, leadership shift betwen cercles, living comprensive guidelines, transparency, task priorization, compensation, hiring, etc.
